Shipping Policy

To ensure that your order is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the announced timeframes, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential for timely delivery. We assume no responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments after instructing the carrier to leave the goods outside unattended.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our processing center by the carrier. The order processing and shipping time is 0 to 1 day from Monday to Saturday.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times to Italy are 1 to 3 days via Colissimo, from Monday to Saturday.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you experience a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 30 days to file a claim.

We will assist you with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to process.

We assume no responsibility for orders that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue any refunds or credits for packages whose delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items are out of stock: we will ship the rest of your order, offering you another product or a refund according to your original payment method for the unavailable items. Please note that you may receive multiple packages for the same order if it consists of several items.
